As part of our roofing specials we offer a FREE UPGRADE on all roof replacements; from a 25 year, composition shingle to a lifetime, algae resistant, HD dimensional shingle. With more than double the wind resistance you can be sure that you can weather almost any storm for the entire life of the roof.

We use only top products on every roof, because lets face it, we don't want you calling us telling us your house is leaking. Every roof we install automatically gets synthetic felt paper and a lifetime tool ultimate pipe flashing (endorsed by GAF). Our goal is to make sure your covered from here on out.
We Don't Caulk, We Solder!
Another roofing special we offer is that we solder every chimney on full roof replacements. Solder is time tested and a proven method of fusing metal flashings. Soldering has watertight and air-tight seams. After the solder cools and hardens, the fuse that conjoins the metal makes an impermeable seal.
Changes in temperature and added variable weather conditions will cause caulking to crack, split and loosen allowing water to get in and leak into your house. Once water gets behind caulking, it can go through a freeze thaw cycle in winter weather conditions leaving your roof flashings vulnerable to leaks, causing failure.

Lifetime HD dimensional shingles, rated for up to 130 mph winds with a class A fire rating - the highest possible rating. These shingles have an algae resistant granule system and come with a lifetime, 10 year non-prorated, manufacturers warranty and many color choices shown below.

GAF System Plus Limited Warranty
As a certified roofing contractor we have the opportunity to offer valued customers a 50 year, non-prorated, extended warranty. This warranty covers 100% of the roof replacement materials and a reasonable cost of labor to install them in the event of a manufacturing defect.
At no extra charge to you we will install your roof to the standards of the Golden Pledge Warranty requirements.
*We can not offer the Golden Pledge Warranty at this time due to the scale of our business and requirements for the program to offer the warranty, but we install every roof to these installation standards.
